Step # 05: On the next page, you will be required to enter all the details relating to your guardian if you have one. If you don’t have a guardian, skip this page and click next.
Step # 06: In this step, you will have to upload all the required documents in soft form. For this, take clear pictures of your documents and upload them one by one. Once you are done uploading all the necessary documents click next.
Step # 07: In the final step you will have to confirm that all the information and the documents you provided are true and you swear by their authenticity. Tick the check box and then hit submit. And Voila! You are done!
How To Know If You Are Qualified For This Scheme?
The qualification requirements for the NSFAS scheme are quite simple. You just have to be a South African citizen and plan to continue your studies in the coming year which is 2023. Moreover, you must already have completed your previous education at a public university and your entire household income must not exceed Rs. 350,000. However, for disabled people, the limit for household income is set at Rs. 600,000. Plus, if you have already received a SASSA Status approved then you are automatically considered qualified.
